Thanks to our neighbor, Warren Wilson College, who owns over 1100 acres of the valley, ours is one of the few valleys in the region that remains largely open and undeveloped, providing our guests with panoramic views of mountains and farmland from the decks of our onsite vacation rental housing and various event locations on the farm.
