About TK Family Farm LLC
TK Family Farm is located in eastern Polk Co. in the Green Creek community. We are a 15 acre family farm with the first high density apple orchard in Polk Co. This consists of about 3,000 trees on 2.5 acres with a total of 20 varieties of apples. We welcome visitors to the farm (with advanced notice) for tours and to visit our self-serve farm stand. It is open from 730-dusk/7 days a week during apple season (starting in mid-August). Our Farm Offers:
We offer guided tours of the high-density apple orchard (the first in Polk Co.) and our small packing facility. Visitors will gain an understanding of apple production in the Southeast from bloom to packing and how a small farm utilizes a high-density system.
