About Mountain Harvest Organics
Book a farm-stay through our website or find us us on Airbnb for a true farm experience! We use natural farming practices to grow crops in both fields and greenhouses. In addition, there are several hiking trails on this 130 acre farm located near Hot Springs in Madison County with a quick drive to Max Patch. We have an acre under cultivation for fruits and veggies, plus another 5 acres of pastured raised livestock who we rotate among small paddocks. While we are a very small scale farm, we have wide diversity of fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers that we sell through our CSA and almost always offer our guests a "farm share" for enjoyment during their stay. In addition, you'll find our pastured raised beef and pork available from our online store throughout the year - so check our website for availability. Gardeners - in the spring, we offer transplants of vegetables, culinary and medicinal herbs and flowers that are adapted to our climate. You may enjoy subscribing to our CSA because we offer custom ordering each week throughout the season so you only purchase what you'll eat on a weekly basis. We host private event at our farm so please visit our website to learn more about our accommodations and atmosphere.

ONLINE ORDERING AND PRE-ORDER DETAILS
Online Ordering:
Our online store is closed to the public as we only allow CSA Shareholder's to order from our online store. You may peruse our online store to get an idea of the diversity we offer throughout the season.
Delivery:
All CSA Shareholder's in Spring Creek pick-up at the farm. We deliver to CSA Shareholder's for a minimum purchase of $50/delivery site.
Pickup Options:
We wear masks and physical distance when making CSA deliveries. We require CSA shareholders to wear a mask when picking up to protect both the farmer and them.

CSA
We offer weekly CSA shares where the shareholder designs their own weekly share but is required to spend at least $15 each week. We also offer a weekly "farmer's choice" share that is available for those who enjoy a traditional CSA. Weekly, we walk the fields to estimate our harvest, then update the inventory in our online store and send a newsletter to our shareholders. Once the shareholders receive their newsletter, they log into our online store and place their order. We only sell what we grow/raise, so while families design their own weekly share, they are still eating with the season. We know that many prefer the surprise and challenge of cooking with the abundance of the weekly harvest, you will have the option of ordering a Farmer's Choice share (the content changes week to week, depending on what's in season). You may also order the Farmer’s Choice Share along with other items from our online store. Our season typically runs from early May through November.
