About Erin's Meadow Herb Farm

Erin's Meadow Herb Farm is located in the green rolling hills of Anderson County, 20 miles northwest of Knoxville, Tennessee. The herb farm is celebrating it's 30th year in 2024. Open year round, business hours vary per season. Erin's Meadow Herb Farm is East Tennessee's largest grower of herb plants, and we use natural methods. The herb farm produces thousands of herbs for the home gardener - for cooking, medicine, crafting, fragrance and tea. Extensive collections per genus are offered, often including dozens of varieties of lavenders, basil, thyme, salvia, just to name a few. Vegetable plants and flowers are offered as well. We continue to expand our offering of medicinal herbs as the cultivation of botanically based medicine gains popularity for home gardeners. Erin's Meadow Herb Farm is East Tennessee's largest grower of medicinal herbs. Our herbal education classes teach how to grow and use these useful plants. Beautiful herb gardens are on display to browse, allowing visitors to see a variety of herbs in mature growth. The herb shop includes a wide selection of herbal goods - essential oils and aromatherapy supplies, natural skin care ingredients and packaged products. Over 75 kinds of bulk dried organic herbs can be found, along with medicine making supplies. Herbal gifts, books, garden ware, pottery, and organic growing supplies are also offered. We are licensed hemp growers and produce our own CBD products. Products are now available on our online store www.erinsmeadowherbfarm.com Herbal education classes are held on Saturdays year round in the spacious kitchen classroom. Class topics include growing herbs, cooking with herbs, herbal medicine making, herbal crafting, using essential oils, aromatherapy, natural skin care, children's gardening and many more topics. Students may view and register for classes on our website. Programs for private groups are available and may include a class, hands on activity and lunch. Kathy E. Burke Mihalczo, owner of Erin's Meadow Herb Farm has presented programs for the Dogwood Arts Festival, Healthy Living Expo, University of Tennessee Gardens, Memphis Botanic Gardens, Nashville Herb Society, and Clayton Homes Corporation.
