We started farming in 1978, high in the mountains of Madison County. We grow 5 acres of vegetables, small fruits and Fraser Fir for Christmas wreaths and greenery items. We market our vegetables starting in March with our high-quality watercress, to restaurants, groceries, and food coops. You can find us at the Jonesborough, TN Farmers Market, May through October. Throughout the season we offer the freshest watercress, onions, greens, baby bok choi, heirloom lettuces, heirloom and grape tomatoes, squashes, cucumbers, beans, peas, herbs, peppers, potatoes, radishes, ending up with watercress throughout the Fall. Our full, fresh and fragrant Christmas wreaths, centerpieces, and other greenery items are available on farm and for mail order sales. Please call for more information, and to receive one of our mail-order forms. Please visit our website for more farm information, too. All of our farming practices are according to USDA certified organic standards, although we are no longer certified organic. Any inputs we use are OMRI approved for certified organic growing. We use no chemical herbicides, no chemical pesticides, no chemical insecticides. We encourage beneficial insects.
