A small farm using organic and sustainable methods to grow a mix of vegetables, herbs, and fruits. We specialize in heirloom varieties of garlic for gourmet use and for planting - the best in the southeast! We also grow apples, potatoes, winter squash and miscellaneous other fruits, vegetables, and herbs, depending upon the year and season. The farm is named for the eastern screech owls (once known as Otus asio) that call across our cove in the evenings. Permaculture design consultations are also available.
We're listed in ASAP's Wholesale Local Food Guide, ASAP's Farm to Business Trade Directory.
