We are a network of growers farming patches all around the city of Asheville. We grow produce, eggs, herbs, and flowers for direct sales to residents of Asheville. At certain times of the year we offer tours, farm to table dinners, workshops, and events. We also work with Patchwork Alliance to bring produce shares to the community - find more information at www.patchworkalliance.com! We also do work towards food access issues: Feed Asheville: West, a Neighborhood Food Project is PUF's first food access program! With the help of volunteers, community groups, and local sponsors, produce will be grown exclusively for distribution to local non-profit organizations and community partners on a Rainbow Community School-owned “patch". Feed Asheville: West will work collaboratively with Southside Community Garden, Rainbow Community School, 12 Basket's Cafe, and the YMCA of WNC to increase food access in our community! Interested in volunteering or donating to Feed AVL West? Go to https://www.patchworkurbanfarms.com/feed-asheville-west or email Kate at [email protected].
