We are dedicated to bringing healthy organic food to the town of Marshall, NC. We use only organic or better than organic ingredients. ALL of our menu items except for our tofu, tempeh and cheeses are made in house. We even make our ketchup, dressings, breads, pickles and our jams in house using only the finest ingredients.
