Cecilia took her first cooking class at the age of 12. Her life long passion is the driving force behind Ceci's Culinary Tour.
She cooks from folk to gourmet dishes pulling from her roots, life experiences, and creativity. Her empanadas are an expression of her traditional Argentinian roots. Crêpes, also known as pampueques in Argentina, are used to make sweet desserts and main courses. They became part of her repertoire when she co-owned the restaurant Cafe Soléil in Asheville. Tamales are her interpretation of a traditional Mexican food. In addition, she always caters to her client's heart desire and needs for private parties and special events.
Ceci cooks in her mobile kitchen and arrives to her destination with fresh and tasty dishes.
Find Ceci on her website, Facebook, or Twitter for the most up-to-date information.
