About Meadow Cove Farm

Meadow Cove Farm grows a wide assortment of seasonal vegetables, berries, fruits, shiitake mushrooms and chestnuts using organic and biodynamic practices. We sell our produce to individuals, small businesses, supportive restaurants and small grocers. We grow our produce year around in both the field and in unheated high tunnel greenhouses. We utilize captured rainwater to gravity feed irrigation water to our crops and use solar energy to power both our residence and farm. We welcome visitors to call and come visit our farm to buy the freshest possible produce and to see our production. We also offer short term rental accommodations in our "Sparrow's Nest Cottage" and our farm is available for hosting special events. During 2018, we will be transplanting nursery stock to various locations around our farm, maintaining and improving our wooded areas, caring for our farm animals, increasing our rainwater collection system, and constructing eco-friendly structures, including a solar powered walk-in cooler, as well as cordwood and Earthship buildings. Individuals interested in learning about these endeavors and practices are welcome to join us and participate on work days. Please visit our website at www.meadowcovefarm.net and contact us for further information.
