We feature heirloom vegetables, medicinal and culinary herbs, honey, shiitake and other mushrooms, herb and flower teas grown using only organic growing methods. We create and maintain a balanced ecosystem in which plants, chickens, insects, fungi and microorganisms are nourished using organic approved methods and inputs that allow us to grow, eat and offer nutritious, healthful food to our neighbors and community.
