West End Bakery and Cafe serves weekend brunch, made from scratch soups, salads and sandwiches as well as a full line of whole grain breads, and pastries. Our all natural deli meats and chicken are humanely raised, hormone and antibiotic-free. We use local Carolina Ground flour in many of our breads and pastries.Our menu always includes items for people with special dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy and egg-free selections. We serve brunch showcasing local sausage, local smoked trout, local eggs, and locally produced grits on Saturday and Sunday.
