Since 1872, when Nathan Shipley married Sarah Bradley of Vlias, NC, and purchased 115 acres of Sarah's family's farmland beside the Bradley farmhouse, the Shipley farm has been breeding and raising Appalachian Grown pasture raised beef. Our “Signature Beef” is produced without steroids, antibiotics, or growth stimulants, and is dry aged for added flavor and tenderness. Our cattle are specially bred and fed with a blended diet of high quality clover-rich pasture forage, supplemented with a vegetable based feed for the best flavor, texture, tenderness, and marbling.
No minimum order amount, but a delivery fee will be charged based upon location. Offering delivery within the Boone and Blowing Rock areas, Monday through Friday. Call to learn more.

Meat, Fish & Fowl
We offer a family monthly meal package, with a month's worth of meats for family meals. Each package includes half ground beef, and half a changing assortment of cuts, to include: chuck, sirloin, rump, round roasts, brisket, London Broil, flat iron and skirt steak, short ribs, soup and marrow bones, and others, which varies by month and by season.
