We make flavored handmade pastas. The pasta is made with a base of flour, eggs and oil. The flavors are derived from herbs and vegetables grown and sourced through local farmers whenever available. Currently, we offer 7 flavors, Tomato Basil Garlic, Olive Rosemary, Garlic, Garlic, Garlic, Garden Herb, Black Pepper, Tennessee Cherry Chile, and Lemon and Orange.
