We offer locally raised, all natural grass fed Angus/Wagyu beef, pasture raised pork and lamb. We sell off the farm by appointment and at the Dandridge Farmers Market. We are BQA (beef quality assurance) certified and are certified through the University of Tennessee as an Advanced Master Beef Producer. Our cattle are crossbred where we have Angus cows bred to Wagyu bulls. All cattle are born and raised on our farm and then butchered at a USDA inspected facility where each cut is inspected, vacuum sealed, labeled for retail sale and frozen. We follow the state guidelines for all natural certification which includes no added hormones and no antibiotics.
