Lott Farm and Apiary has been in business since 2013, supplying fresh fruits, vegetables, berries, culinary and medicinal herbs, bees and bee products (honey, pollen, wax, propolis, and nucs). We also have gourds and gourd crafts available, along with woodworking products, walking sticks, and custom work done on request. Lott Farm and Apiary also grows and forages mushrooms, including Shiitake, Lions Mane, Lobster, Wine Cap, Reishi, Chicken of the Woods (sulfur shelf), Hen of the Woods (Maitake) and Oyster. Most are seasonally-available, and some are made into medicinal teas and tinctures. We offer a variety of classes for mushroom identification, inoculation, foraging and how to make your own homemade Medicinals. We also will come to your property and do a sight survey to help get you started in establishing your own mushroom growing setup, or we can forage on your property to see what's growing and how best to use it.
