About The Burns and The Bees
Established in 2007, we now manage around 300 colonies spread out across 4 counties in East Tennessee. We only sell honey produced by our bees and we produce it without the use of sugar/corn syrup or the synthetic miticides and antibiotics that have become mainstream with beekeepers today. We don't participate in industrialized migratory practices, our bees stay in Tennessee year round. With 10 different apiary locations combined with the amazing diversity of nectar sources available to our mountain apiaries, we are able to harvest a variety of different honeys every year.
