We are a small family farm growing heirloom vegetables, Blackberries, Strawberries and Persimmon. We are a certified nursery and have potted berry plants in the spring and fall as well as some vegetable bedding plants. We use no synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Our hens are fed organic layer feed and get to roam all of the farm, minus the garden area! You will find our eggs and produce at the Black Mountain and Marion Tailgate Markets and in our CSA shares. We also offer for sale handcrafted leather goods: handbags, gardening work belts, cell phone holders, possible bags, belts, dog collars, growler/wine carriers, bridles, saddlebags, and much more. My husband does custom work and repairs as well. We sell handcrafted ceremonial hand-held rawhide drums, 2-sided drums, and Lodge drums. If you would like to make your own drum we welcome you into a workshop which takes one afternoon for a completed drum! We welcome guests to our farm and studio by appointment. If you are interested in a CSA share all year round please contact us. Our Winter Multi farm CSA's are wonderful as it supports so many McDowell County and Buncombe County farmers who produce year round.
