About Shady Brook Farm
Shady Brook Farm is a diversified livestock farm, raising grass-only beef and pasture-raised poultry in the Southern Appalachian highlands of Western North Carolina. We incorporate production models that mimic nature and allow our animals to express their unique natures in order to provide quality protein products for your table.
Offering grass-only black Angus beef and organic, soy free, pasture raised chicken and chicken eggs.
