Honey and the Hive is a locally-owned beekeeping supply store, serving the WNC community for over ten years. We’ve grown from a small operation out of a garage in Marshall to a larger retail location in downtown Weaverville. With our move, we’ve expanded our offerings into an extensive gift boutique, where the customer can sample a wide variety of local honey while perusing a variety of beeswax candles, books, t-shirts, housewares, body care products, and more! We offer assorted raw, local honeys, including wildflower, sourwood, and herbal infusions, as well as propolis and bee-pollen. In the spring, you can order queens, nucs, and packages. Throughout the year we carry an extensive line of beekeeping supplies, and offer hands-on beekeeping workshops, as well as many DIY classes for beekeepers and non-beekeepers alike.
