About Root Cause Farm
Root Cause Farm is a non-profit organization growing community solutions to hunger. We grow vegetables on over an acre, host service-learning groups, serve as a community gathering space, and a hub for distribution. Everything we grow is distributed through no-cost markets in Buncombe County.

Free produce available at the farm every Monday from 12-1 during the growing season.
Our store is open from March 1, 2023 to December 1, 2023.

The farm offers a public space for anyone to come and relax. Self-guided tours and volunteer opportunities are also available. Scheduled tours are also available by contacting the farm in advance.
