About Fire From the Mountain
We grow jalapeno, habanero and other peppers which we smoke over applewood and make hot sauces and salsa which we package at WNC Blue Ridge Food Ventures in Asheville. We also grow blueberries,black raspberries, raise laying hens, grow herbs, vegetables, and greens for sale at the Watauga County Farmer's Market.
