About The Iron E Ranch
The Iron E Ranch is a small family farm owned by Evan and Leah Edwards. In 2021, they expect to have a few corn varieties available starting in July. Their three sons have pitched in to help bring in the harvest and are very excited to offer their very favorite variety of sweet corn: Peaches-n-Cream! In addition addition the sweet corn, they also plan to have a yellow field corn and Hickory King White Field Corn available. This variety has been traditionally raised here in WNC for making hominy and white corn meal. If interested in corn meal, contact us and we will accommodate if possible. We also raise Registered Black Hereford Cattle and Silver Fox Rabbits.
