About Lee Knight Farm
The Lee Knight Farm is located in the beautiful North Georgia mountains. It is located off of Highway 19/129 North of Blairsville, Georgia, on Ivy Log Road. Lee sells sweetcorn from the first of July until around Labor Day on the side of the road at his farm and at area farmer markets (Union County Farmers Market in Blairsville ). He plants several varieties every week for several weeks starting very early in the spring. He uses low spray in his operation. He also sells ornamental Indian corn and corn shocks that area businesses and festivals use as decorations during the Fall Season.
