Soil Shine Farm & Ferments is a small farm and brinery that produces artisan, seasonal sauerkrauts, kimchi, seasonal pickles, hot sauces, beverages, and more. We source the highest quality ingredients from our farm and other local farms. Our products vary with the seasons to be one-of-a-kind and preserved at their peak. Soon we will be offering antioxidant-rich elderberry products like elderberry syrup, teas, and tinctures from our own organic American elderberries!
