About Hickory Cove Orchard
At Hickory Cove Orchards, we will always strive to provide our customers with healthy, nutritious, USDA organically certified fruits, along with healthy, chemical-free jams, jellies, baked goods, eggs, and honey while protecting the environment, leaving a minimal carbon footprint, and creating a sustainable habitat for wildlife. Once the humble six tree family apple orchard in Rogersville, Tennessee, Hickory Cove Orchards today is home to a five-acre working farm of USDA Organically Certified apple, pear, and blueberry orchards, 80 free-range chickens, five cats, and three dogs. The owners, Philip and Linda Hopkins, retired from busy careers in medicine in 2015 and chose a wonderful opportunity to pursue a lifelong dream of full-time farming. Avid gardeners, the couple now enjoys the busy but less stressful life on their small farm.
