KC Gardens is a microgreens and medicinal herb farm based in Marshall, NC. We grow and cut microgreens, wheatgrass, edible flowers, baby salad greens, & medicinal herbs hours before delivery to ensure fresh, vital, nutrient-dense produce for our Western North Carolina friends.
