We raise quality local beef in Maryville, TN. The beef is born here, raised on grass here, and grain-finished on grains (and hay) we grow and harvest ourselves all locally. We sell locally. Our processor dry ages our beef for two weeks. It is sold shrink-wrapped/frozen. Currently, we sell one beef per month, look at our website candcbeef.com or instagram @candcbeef or on facebook for current inventory and price sheet. In the summer we also sell Sweet Corn. Typically we plant Silver Queen and Golden Queen.
