About NC Farmers of the Foothills Collective

You’re tired of standing in the grocery store, staring at produce that looks good… but somehow spoils in a few days and tastes like, well, nothing. You want to feed your family fresh, healthy food, but it’s exhausting trying to figure out what’s actually clean and what just has the right label slapped on it. We get it. That’s exactly why the NC Farmers of the Foothills and the Bigfoot CSA exist... to make it easy to eat real, local, non-toxic food again. We’re a collective of small, independent farmers right here in the Foothills who believe food should nourish you, not confuse you. We grow regeneratively, follow beyond-organic practices, and never use the toxic chemicals that destroy soil health and flavor. The result? Lettuce that lasts longer in the fridge, tomatoes with outstanding flavor, and berries that taste so good, you won't even believe they're real. When you shop with us or join the Bigfoot CSA, you’re not just getting vegetables... you’re supporting multiple small family farms who care deeply about your health, your food, and your community.
