About Sweet Branch Farm & Forest
Sweet Branch Farm & Forest is a family-owned farm along the Cane River in Burnsville, NC. We are a mixed-use farm, predominantly growing cut flowers, garlic, and ginger for market, and occasionally offering pastured pork, mixed farm share boxes, plant starts, and more. Additionally, we have been working to establish a small herd of Belted Galloway and Dexter cattle for grassfed beef production. You can find us at the Yancey County Farmers' Market, or order bulk flowers and sign up for bouquet subscriptions by reaching out to us directly. We use sustainable and regenerative farming methods, and are committed to humane and conservation-minded animal and land stewardship practices.

ROADSIDE INFORMATION
We previously had a small roadside stand near the farm just off of 19W. Hurricane Helene claimed our stand in the floods, but we are working to build a new stand for the 2026 season. We plan to stock it during weekends in season and during the week when we have an abundance of produce. Call or email for details.
