About Baxter Hollow Farm
We are a small family farm on 12 acres in Bryson City, NC growing fruits, vegetables, flowers, and herbs without the use of any chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We also raise honey bees in the same manner to produce raw unpasteurized wildflower honey. For a brief time each year our bees pollinate Sourwood blossoms on our farm to create the rare, prized, and world famous Sourwood honey.
