Myconnect is a small mushroom farm in Asheville, NC. The farm is owned and operated by Clay Hurand, who was born and raised in Asheville. We provide a steady supply of delicious and nutritious gourmet mushrooms to restaurants, food distributors, friends, family, and local community members. We are currently selling inoculated Shitake Mushroom logs!
