Mud Hollow Farms is a new business and service in the Holston Mountains near South Holston Lake. We do a wide variety of things from delivery CSA, seasonal plant material, seasonal gift baskets, some landscaping, and our biggest market is our hydroponic lettuces, leafy greens, and herbs.

We harvest and gather fresh and local produce from the region weekly and accumulate about $30 worth of food. We bag them in coolers and deliver weekly. We also offer jellies, jams, honey, flowers, granola, and other items in our boxes as add-ons.
