About Southern Sprout
We are a family-owned and -operated small business based out of Knoxville, TN. We specialize in cultivating varieties of edible flowers and microgreens ranging from favorites like pea shoots and radish all the way to rare finds like cantaloupe and amaranth. We utilize an indoor vertical growing space to be able to provide a top quality product all year long, free of pesticides and other harmful chemicals.
