To do this we focus on growing heirloom crop varieties local to our area and use permaculture methods such as companion planting and encouraging beneficial insects to cut back on damaging pests . Our most popular items include beans, tomatoes, multiple fall squash varieties, sweet potatoes, peppers, ground cherries, fresh herbs, microgreens, various mushrooms, as well as honey.
