We offer fresh extruded and hand-cut pastas, along with handmade ravioli. Join the pasta of the month club and receive a different hand-made artisan pasta each month. Our (Brief) History: Pastabilities Pasta Company LLC, founded in 2021, emerged from the idea that a business could aid in the healing and empowerment of abuse survivors. Our founder, Suzanne Molley nurtured this concept for more than a decade while practicing law in Kentucky. In 2018, when she returned home to Knoxville, Tennessee, Suzanne decided to build such a business. Her quest for fresh pasta in Knoxville led her to realize there was no fresh pasta company in Knoxville, which inspired her to start a pasta-making venture. Today, Pastabilities Pasta Company is home to Savage Daughter Pasta - premium fresh pasta. Our mission is to empower domestic violence survivors through job creation and to support East Tennessee organizations that aid in survivors' recovery.
