Bee. honey+hive is a beekeeping business rooted in the mountains of Transylvania and Henderson counties. We produce small-batch, raw Appalachian honey that reflects the diverse blooms and rhythms of Western North Carolina. Our work centers on connection—to the bees, to the land that sustains them, and to the people who share in their sweetness. Through our seasonal varietal honeys, apiary tours, and educational experiences, we invite others to slow down, taste deeply, and appreciate the beauty of life in and around the hive. Through guided tours of our thriving apiaries, visitors will gain firsthand insight into the fascinating dynamics of bee colonies, the art and science of beekeeping, and the critical role bees play in our ecosystem. Let's learn, explore, and grow together! Tours are limited to 8 participants in order to ensure a quality experience for all.
