Quality high nutrient density vegetables grown without herbicides or pesticides. No GMO's.. Available through the Nourish Knoxville markets: Market Square Farmers Market, the indoor Winter Farmers' Market, and the New Harvest Farmers' Market. My Variable, Interactive CSA gives you control over your CSA. Membership starts at $200 and saves you 10% on your vegetable orders. The Albrecht system of balanced soil fertility contributes to the overall quality, flavor, and nutritional value of all my products. Hay mulch combined with high quality woven ground cover fabric provides very good weed control with very little labor input after the crops are planted. Crops include: Tomatoes, 6 varieties of potatoes, 2 sweet potato varieties, carrots, beets, Hakurei turnips, Daikon radishes, radishes, cabbage, tomatoes, beans, romaine lettuce, NAPA (Chinese) cabbage, Poc Choi, kale, garlic, green garlic, elephant garlic, butternut and spaghetti squash, green onions, watermelons, cantaloupe, Asian cucumbers. I use low tunnels and a hoop house to extend my growing seasons on several crops. And several coolers are in use to keep some vegetables fresh through the winter indoor markets. I do an email market newsletter. If you are interested, contact me via email. I also have a page on Facebook. (Terraced Gardens Farm)
