Farm fresh mushrooms! We are focused on small scale, indoor cultivation of a variety of Oyster, Lion's Mane, and many other gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. We supply local restaurants, farmers markets and CSAs in the Tricity area. We believe strongly in keeping the supply chain local by supporting and integrating in the regional economy. We believe working in harmony with individuals and the communities they make up is key to a thriving, self-sufficient ecosystem. Just as nature intended.
