Melvin Hill Meats is an abattoir and diversified farm collective raising grass fed/finished beef, organically grown, pastured pork, pastured lamb, and premium pastured poultry. Melvin Hill Meats is also partner to Melvin Hill Honey Co., providing local, ultra-low processed raw honey harvested seasonally to showcase the variety of flora that Appalachia has to offer.
