He is highly experienced in Organic Farm to Table Cuisine, offering his Private Chef Services to Boone, North Carolina High Country Holiday Events, Parties and Western North Carolina Destination Weddings. Chef Winebarger uses local and organic produce whenever possible, with the goal of a Sustainable Business Model. Chef Winebarger began gardening at a young age. He learned useful techniques about Farming from his grandfather and father (generational). He quickly realized that the foods he grew were superior in flavor and freshness. By fully developing this skill set, Ed uses his produce to enhance the dining experience while being a good steward of the planet and environment.
