Holly Cove Farms is an ecological, regenerative, permaculture-oriented mini farm in Nebo, NC that prioritizes your well-being. Our farming practices nourish the soil, eco-system, and your body. Our fresh vegetables, fruit, herbs, and cultivated wild edibles are grown using only organic, natural fertilizers. We rarely use herbicides, pesticides or insecticides, but if we do they are organic. We never use synthetic inputs.
