Holly Cove Farms is an ecological, regenerative, permaculture-oriented mini farm featuring vegetables, fruit, and herbs grown with care for people, community, and planet. We offer fresh annual and perennial vegetables, fruit, herbs and cultivated wild edibles grown using only organic, natural fertilizers. We rarely use herbicides, pesticides or insecticides, but if we do they are organic. We never use synthetic inputs. You can find our products in the NC Farmers of the Foothills Bigfoot CSA share, the Historic Marion Tailgate Market, and the Farm Friday market at Whippoorwill Brewery. We look forward to meeting you!
