About Old Forge Homestead
Old Forge Homestead combines the traditions of homesteading, heritage, & history to bring high quality food to Appalachian tables. Our primary products are raw goat milk, chevre cheese, kefir, butter, and cream. All of our livestock is fed non-GMO feed from local mills, and grazed on rotational pasture. We focus heavily on the goat dairy, but also occasionally supply other farm-raised "extras" such as pastured chicken and pork meat, fresh herbs and vegetables, sheep milk, wool, and more. We are USMC Disabled Veteran Owned, & Woman Owned, and proud to serve our Northeast TN community!

CSA
We offer herdshare memberships for raw goat milk. Herdshare ownership entitles a buyer to receive weekly product from their share; in this case, a weekly portion of raw goat milk. Members pay a one-time seasonal fee to join, and then pay a weekly fee based on the share size chosen (full gallon, half gallon, etc.) Pickup is on-site at our farm in Elizabethton.
Pick Up Details
Pickup details and days are determined on a customer-by-customer basis, but each share is arranged to be picked up weekly at our farm in Elizabethon. We also can offer a delivery to Johnson City for a small fee.
