Wind Ridge Gardens and Pepper Company started in 2019. We now grow exotic peppers for our line of hot sauces. We grow everything on our farm organically and source locally. Our chef Will D. is a hot sauce connoisseur. He creates wonderful hot sauces with his culinary background and understanding of flavors and spices. We have a hot sauce for everyone.
