PISGAH BAKEHOUSE

Pisgah Bakehouse is run by the owner of Flat Rock and Fletcher Village Bakeries. We are a brick-oven bakery/restaurant serving handmade pastries, brick-oven breads, wood-fired pizzas, organic salads, sandwiches, soups, cookies and more! We also serve a chef-inspired dinner menu Thursday-Saturday nights with handmade pasta dishes and other entrees created by chef Kristen Skelton using local and seasonal ingredients. We are open daily at 7am. We close at 5pm Sunday-Wednesday and 8pm on Thursday-Saturday. We serve local draft beer, wine, coffee and espresso. You will find indoor and outdoor seating. Come check us out before or after your adventures in Pisgah National Forest.
