About Farm at Camp Grier
We grow hydroponic lettuce and microgreens year-round in a state-of-the-art hydroponic system. The program provides instructions to summer campers on the importance of growing healthy produce using best practice growing methods.
We provide produce to local restaurants and CSAs in the local area. We offer free delivery five days a week. We also have 15 beehives producing fresh honey twice a year.
