Sharp Iron Farmstead is a faith-driven, family-run farm in the mountains of Western North Carolina, dedicated to growing food that honors God's creation and restores the land. Rooted in Proverbs 27:17, we steward our soil through regenerative practices—no-till gardening, living compost, natural amendments, and rotational grazing. We raise seasonal produce, culinary herbs, fresh eggs, and pasture-raised Katahdin lamb without synthetic chemicals, antibiotics, or added hormones. You can find us every Saturday from May through November at the Franklin, NC Farmers Market, where we share the fruits of our labor—nourishing food, soil health products, and encouragement for others to grow with purpose.
