OWL Bakery specializes in naturally leavened breads and pastries. We have shops in West Asheville and North Asheville. Our products are handmade with intention, integrity, and aesthetic sensibility— our hope is that each creation is received as a gift and creates space for a moment of appreciation. We use the highest quality, whole ingredients, finding organic sources and purchasing local ingredients and produce as much as possible.
