Chutzpah Hollow is a small family farm grounded in Jewish agricultural traditions. We raise Barbados Blackbelly Sheep, and endangered breed of meat, producing sheep, perfect for southern climates. We provide food preservation classes to teach how to capture the taste and nutrition of locally grown foods at their peak availability and flavor through canning, dehydration, fermentation, freezing, and other methods. In addition how Valhalla produces its own fruit vinegar, chestnut purée, chestnut, baked goods, chestnut flour, a wide variety of fermented and pickled vegetables, and a unique array of jam flavors, including strawberry, black pepper, fig and chili, blueberry and Earl, Grey, tea, and many more
